PRODUCTS INTRODUCTION
UV curing offset inks are designed for printing and packaging area, they provide good printing stability, excellent ink/fountain solution balance, fast curing, bright and high saturation, good adhesion, great age resistance. We have general UV offset ink, plastic UV offset ink, paper UV offset ink, metallized film UV offset ink, tobacco packaging UV offset ink, epoxidized soybean oil UV ink, halogen free UV ink, flexographic UV ink, rotary UV ink, and UV-LED offset ink by application area. We can tailor products to what customers’ specific requirements.
1.1 Product characters
l Operation performance：fast curing, good printing stability, excellent ink/fountain solution balance, clear points.
l Physical performance：good adhesion, high gloss, excellent abrasion and scratch resistance.
l Resistance performance：bright and high saturation color, heat, cold, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance.
l Adaptability: suitable for offset printing and water-free offset printing.

l speed：6000-15000pages/h (single page offset) or 100-300m/min(rotary)
l curing energy: ≥80mJ/cm2
l reduce viscosity：with our company's specified reducer (≤3%wt)
1.3 Notes
l post-process: post process of UV curing offset ink is almost the same as solvent-based ink. But there are big differences with different substrates and post-process materials, rigorous tests need to be used according to actual situation.
l Adhesion: rigorous tests need to be used according to actual situation because adhesion will have big change with different substrates, printing conditions, time and surroundings.
l Storage conditions: The product should be stored in places safe from sunlight and excessive warm (over 25˚C) in the original closed packages.
